I’m fascinated by the things the body can do with whatever situation it finds itself in; the stresses placed on the body, cause it to react and adapt in unique and specific ways. It is my mission to change lives in terms of guiding people through their fitness journey, whatever those goals may be.

What is Functional Aging?

Functional Aging focuses on training clients of ages 55+; accounting for previous injuries and conditions that change or inhibit movement patterns.
